Are you planning to sell your home in the near future? If so, learning all about the art of staging is critical before listing the property. When a home is staged for sale the chances of that home being sold quicker than a non staged home increases drastically. Buyers won't have to use their imagination because staging will show them what the home can truly become.

When potential buyers tour a property, they are trying to map their lives into the home's space. Buyers are evaluating the house to "SEE" that it will work for them. Vacant homes make this basic part of buying more difficult.  For many buyers a big part of knowing a house will be "RIGHT" is the emotional connection /vibe they get from it. It is harder to get a welcome feeling of "HOME" from a vacant property, the emptiness will actually make it more difficult for buyers to emotionally attach to it.
